Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Supervise site project work in line with operating requirements.
Provide on-site coordination of projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment.
Ensure specifications are strictly followed.
Ensure work proceeds safely and on schedule and on time.
Conduct daily communications with Contractors to ensure work goals are met.
Assist with development and delivery of shift prestart meetings.
Conduct Statutory Workshop Inspections and assist work scope planning.
Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment use to improve efficiency and safety.
Interpret company policies for the project team and enforce safety regulations.
Ensure work is carried out within budgeted parameters.
Identify required skills and ensure availability.
Diagnose and test malfunctioning equipment in line with OME guidelines.
Report to the Construction Superintendent.
