We’re looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the delivery of commercial construction projects across Adelaide.

About the Role

As Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from delivery through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple commercial construction projects.


• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site activities.


• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects and stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and promote a strong safety culture.


• Monitor project quality, timelines and budgets.


• Resolve construction challenges with practical, effective solutions.


• Contribute to estimating and project planning activities.


• Maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced construction professional who brings strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects.


• Experience delivering commercial construction projects.


• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.


• A results-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.


• A strong understanding of construction safety and compliance.


• The ability to lead, support and motivate project teams.


• Estimating experience, or a willingness to develop these skills.


• A hands-on trade background, such as carpentry, or extensive on-site construction experience.

Essential Requirements

• Valid South Australian Driver’s Licence.


• Construction White Card.


• Demonstrated construction project management experience.


• Commercial construction experience.

Desirable:

• Relevant construction trade qualification.


• Bachelor of Construction or related qualification.
