Zeal Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of a major plant upgrade project in the Goldfields, WA. You will drive safe, on-time and on-budget delivery across multidisciplinary trades on a remote site, coordinating with clients, engineering teams and subcontractors.

The role requires senior leadership, strong communication and cost control skills, with experience in mineral processing or mining infrastructure projects and compliance with WA safety

Competenze

• Construction Superintendent or Senior Supervisor with experience delivering mineral processing or mining infrastructure projects (SMP, NPI, Electrical and Civil Scopes).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary trades and subcontractor teams on remote/regional sites.
• Strong knowledge of WA mining safety legislation and site-based HSE systems.
• Valid Driver's Licence and ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
