Job summary

Perfect Contracting in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced site coordinator to work with the Project Management and WHS teams on active projects.

You will coordinate and inspect works to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations and standards, assist site managers, and help estimate costs and schedules.

The role requires at least one year of full-time experience in a similar role or three years in lieu of formal qualifications, and a solid knowledge of local WHS requirements.

Qualifications

• One year full-time experience in the same or similar role with a Diploma-level qualification.
• Three years full-time experience considered in lieu of a formal qualification.
• Experience in site management and coordination of works.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Understanding of WHS regulations.
• Ability to coordinate building works at multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and inspect work sites for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards.
• Assisting the site managers, leading hands and others in organising and coordinating works;
• Estimating costs and time to finish of projects;
• Interpreting as well as preparing drawings, plans, maps, charts and drawings;
• Coordinating and mobilising material and human resources as and when required;
• Use of occupation specific equipment such as surveying equipment, computers and other; other duties as directed by management.
