Job summary

Multiplex is seeking a Site Administrator to support day-to-day operations on the Coomera Hospital project, working closely with the construction team and stakeholders from head office to subcontractors.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on administering site processes, coordinating documentation, onboarding and reporting, and ensuring efficient office operations across a major Queensland healthcare project.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Administrator, Project Administrator or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable approach; willing to support a broad range of project activities.
• Construction industry experience and knowledge of Aconex advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and reception support to the construction team.
• Assist with site systems, processes and documentation.
• Coordinate reporting, onboarding and general project administration.
• Liaise with project leadership, consultants, subcontractors and head office stakeholders.
