Job summary

Expon Industries Pty Ltd, a young and fast-growing wholesaler and distributor of construction sealant products, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow our construction sealant business across the territory. You will manage customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support and commercial activities.

You will visit customers, identify opportunities, and work with internal teams to ensure excellent service while achieving sales targets and gross margins.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or territory sales.
• Experience in sealants, waterproofing, construction chemical products, or related products preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and opportunities.
• Good organisation and time-management, ability to manage multiple customers independently.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Practical technical knowledge with construction sealants/adhesives/waterproofing would be an advantage.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, chemistry, materials science or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets; grow sales through existing accounts and new customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information; follow up opportunities promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product information and technical recommendations on construction sealants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable customer service.
