Job summary

JACK App is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for new subscribers, guiding data migration, configuration, and live hands-on sessions. You will work closely with Account Managers and our data team to deliver a smooth, value-driven rollout.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with SaaS platforms, and can train non-technical users while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and reduced time to value.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential building or construction industry.
• Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Strong attention to detail when handling and transforming customer data.
• Confident delivering live onboarding sessions to non-technical users.
• Comfortable with CRM software and a data-driven approach to your work.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Account Managers and the technical team.
• Willingness to travel interstate and regionally for client onboarding sessions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered data tools and enthusiasm for adopting automation.
• Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and customer lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new subscribers, ensuring a seamless transition onto the platform.
• Configure JACK App to match client workflows and advise on best practices.
• Guide clients through rollout and change management to drive early adoption.
• Track implementation against activation milestones and time-to-value targets.
• Collaborate with data formatting team to prepare and migrate datasets accurately.
