Job summary

JACK App, a construction technology platform headquartered in Adelaide, is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from sale through to active use. You will tailor the platform to each client's operations and coordinate data migration with our offshore team.

You will run discovery calls, deliver live training, track activation milestones, and hand over fully activated clients to the Account Manager, while feeding feedback to improve the product and process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a residential building environment or admin/ops role.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Comfort with SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Careful data handling with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls with new clients and configure JACK App to match their needs.

The Opportunity

JACK App is a construction technology platform on a mission to help the residential construction industry work smarter, from first bid to final handover. Headquartered in Adelaide and growing rapidly, the business is reshaping how construction businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the US manage estimating, scheduling, budgeting and documentation.

As JACK App continues to grow, ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with them to appoint a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the onboarding team, working closely with Account Managers and a dedicated offshore support team to guide new customers through the setup process and ensure they get up and running smoothly.

The Role

As Client Onboarding Specialist, you will own the onboarding journey for new clients from the point of sale through to confident, active use of the platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running discovery calls with new clients and configuring JACK App to match their operational requirements
• Working closely with the offshore team to prepare and migrate client data
• Delivering hands-on, live training sessions with clients
• Tracking each implementation against activation milestones and identifying where clients may need extra support
• Handing over fully activated clients to the Account Manager with a clear summary
• Sharing client feedback and onboarding insights with the wider team to help continuously improve the platform and process
• Use your knowledge of residential construction to build credibility with builders and guide them towards smarter ways of working, not just a well configured system.

You will have a strong understanding of how a residential building business operates, ideally through direct experience working within one, combined with a tech-savviness and passion for how SaaS systems can make a builder's day easier.

You will bring:

• Experience within a residential building company, in an admin, customer service, operations or similar role
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-service mindset
• Comfort using SaaS platforms and CRM systems
• Attention to detail when handling and checking data accuracy
• The flexibility and adaptability to work within a fast-moving, agile business
• Confidence delivering training or guidance to people who may not be technical
