The Graduate Recruitment Specialist Ltd. Web is seeking a skilled Project Manager for our technical construction team.

You will oversee large, complex repair projects across commercial, residential, and heritage properties, ensuring end-to-end delivery from surveying to final handover. Responsibilities include managing TTPD claims, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Formación

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering construction projects.
• IT literate with the ability to use standard software and tools.
• Desire to pursue chartership or professional progression.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Attend sites to survey and determine repair schemes for loss reinstatement.
• Lead and manage TTPD claims lifecycle, ensuring documentation and SLA adherence.
• Set health and safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.
• Directly manage onsite and subcontracted teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide timely reports and cost guidance.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and knowledge within the team.
