Job summary

Lendlease Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer in Melbourne to support a long-term delivery project. You will manage subcontractors, develop construction programs, and assist with procurement and cost control while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years in construction, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication to coordinate internal and external stakeholders across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in the construction industry on large-scale projects.
• Clear and articulate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs.
• Design management and coordination.
• Procurement of tender packages and subcontract agreements.
• Review and sign-off of subcontractor claims and variations.
• Prepare cost forecasts and manage cost controls/reporting.
• Implement project EHS and quality plans.
