Job summary

Capstone is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our growing construction team. You will support project managers from inception through completion, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors, prepare schedules and documents, monitor progress and expenses, and help keep records up-to-date. A relevant degree and several years of construction coordination experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project coordination or management in construction.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects from $50m upwards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction project management tools and software.
• Understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely delivery.
• Ensure conformance to contracts, specs, and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and change orders.
• Monitor progress and report milestones and issues.
• Track expenses and provide regular updates.
• Keep project records accurate and up-to-date.
