Job summary

Icon Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery on a major construction project in Australia. You will work alongside experienced project and site teams to assist with coordination, documentation, and reporting through to project close-out.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years' experience in similar roles and a relevant Construction Management/Engineering qualification, with strong organisation and communication skills to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator/Engineer, Contract Administrator or similar role
• Experience on commercial, education, government or institutional projects valued from $50M+
• Experience supporting finishes, fit-out, commissioning or project completion activities is highly regarded
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a project team
• Understanding of construction contracts, project controls and reporting processes

• Support project delivery from construction through to completion
• Assist with project coordination and documentation
• Manage subcontractor coordination and performance tracking
• Support project reporting and governance processes
• Contribute to project close-out activities
