Design & Build are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join a well-established modular builder based in Yatala, QLD. This is an initial 4-month contract with an ASAP start and a genuine opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The role suits an organised administrator with strong attention to detail and experience supporting construction projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar construction administration role.
• Experience within construction, ideally modular building or commercial construction.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider construction team.
• Maintain and update project documentation, registers and filing systems.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor documentation and payment claims.
• Coordinate project correspondence, meeting minutes and action items.
• Track project schedules, milestones and outstanding deliverables.
• Assist with subcontractor onboarding, compliance documentation and inductions.
• Support the preparation of project reports and progress updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects running efficiently.
