Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is assisting a respected national tier 2 builder in Melbourne to recruit a Contract Administrator for a $30M project. You will manage contracts end-to-end, collaborating with the project manager and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role requires a minimum of five years' experience in commercial construction, tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, and proficiency with Cheops, Jobpac or Procore across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as Contract Administrator in commercial construction.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience on commercial new build projects.
• Experience using cost management software such as Cheops, Jobpac or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle with project manager and stakeholders.
• Negotiate, execute and administer contracts.
• Work on education, local government and commercial/industrial projects.

The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of contracts, throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with a project manager and external stakeholders, you will ensure that contracts are efficiently negotiated, executed, and managed. Project types mainly include education, local govt and commercial industrial.

To Be Considered

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in Commercial construction for a minimum of 5 years

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in Commercial New Build projects
• Proven ability to utilise cost management softwares such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
