Job summary

Cv2Me Pty in Queensland is seeking a General Manager - Construction Operations to take full control of day-to-day construction and operations, leading supervisors, schedulers, and admin teams. You will ensure deliveries within the 16-week build program with a focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Director and shaping scalable systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering autonomy and the opportunity to drive profitability across multiple projects

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction.
At least 5 years leading operations or delivery for 100-200 homes annually.
Strong understanding of build programs and site workflow.
Leadership with high-performing teams and supplier management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full construction and operations team.
Deliver homes within 16-week timeframes through planning and performance management.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members with clear accountability.
Refine and enforce internal systems, procedures, and quality controls.
Oversee supplier performance, pricing negotiations, and buying efficiencies.
Run weekly production and scheduling meetings to maintain momentum.
Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and profitability.
Report to the Director on progress, metrics and team performance.
