You’ll oversee 3 Regional Building Managers, 10 Construction Managers and 40 Supervisors across order and completed homes, influencing budgets and workforce capacity to meet current and future demand.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all construction results, you’ll set annual budgets, regularly review workforce requirements and ensure both the appropriate internal team structure and subcontractor support and trade capacity levels are in place to service current and future building volume.
• You’ll lead a team comprising 3 Regional Building Managers, 10 Construction Managers and 40 Construction Supervisors across order home and completed homes businesses, driving high performance and productivity.
