Job summary

Primebuild Recruitment and its established client on the Gold Coast seek a Senior Operations Manager to keep residential and commercial projects moving. You’ll work directly with Site Managers and have input into how construction operations are run.

You’ll also mentor the head office construction operations team, align construction, development and administration, and identify roadblocks early with senior management across the wider operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction operations.
• Strong construction background.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Site Managers to keep projects moving.
• Support and mentor the head office construction operations team.
• Ensure approvals, documentation and procurement stay ahead of construction.
• Identify roadblocks early and coordinate the right people.
• Review workflows and continuously improve processes.
• Collaborate with senior management across the wider operation.
