Plantation Homes is seeking a Building Manager to join our Leadership team. You will lead a large, multi-tier construction operation across order home and completed homes businesses, setting direction, budgets and enabling teams to perform at high levels.

In this role, you will manage regional leaders, oversee budgets, workforce planning and subcontractor capacity, driving productivity while upholding safety and quality standards across sites and ensuring KPIs are exceeded.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in volume residential construction.
• Proven track record delivering on KPI targets.
• Strong budgeting and governance skills.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and trades.
