Job summary

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
Site leadership role in Western Australia region on large-scale Mining, Oil and Gas or Industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Manages the organization and direction of construction and related activities of a single construction project.
Acts as primary client contact for all project field activities.
Oversees total site management including supervision of construction craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, finance and accounting services.
Maintains client relationship and is the primary contact for client's communication with the field activities.
Coordinates all project contractual activities, including development of contract, subcontract, or vendor scopes of work, budgets, contract formation, and negotiations.
