KBA Insurance Repairs in Brisbane is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee Work In Progress (WIP) claims, coordinating with internal repairs teams to ensure jobs progress, risks are identified early, and service delivery meets expectations.

The role requires outstanding communication, organisation, and KPI-driven leadership to drive timely claim resolutions, strong stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across the team.

• Preparation – review entire claim to ensure a successful repair.
• Organisation – fast paced role requires strong organisational skills.
• KPIs – strong understanding of KPIs to set the team up for success.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate WIP escalations with Client Relationship Team and define scope.
• Minimise delays by assessing escalations and coordinating actions.
• Represent the business at site meetings with clients, insurers and trades.
• Lead site meetings with clear outcomes and assigned responsibilities.
• Run weekly WIP review meetings with RCs and Supervisors.
• Ensure follow-up on agreed actions by RCs and Supervisors.
• Monitor WIP KPIs including repair life, cycle times, and costs.
• Identify risks of SLA breaches and implement recovery plans.
• Provide guidance to RCs and Supervisors on technical and operational issues.
• Escalate major risks to senior management with recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the management system.
• Build relationships with insurers, customers, trades and suppliers.
• Foster proactive communication, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyse WIP trends to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
