Brunel is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of townhouse developments across the Brisbane region. You will oversee multiple sites, ensure programmes and budgets are met, and drive quality and safety on every project.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage site teams, subcontractors and trades, coordinate with consultants and clients, and proactively resolve issues to maintain Brunel's high standards and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Construction Manager within the residential construction sector.
• Strong experience delivering townhouse developments.
• A thorough understanding of construction processes, programming, budgets and project delivery.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and project management.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience with concrete unit block construction highly regarded.
