Job summary

Willow Recruitment represents a client in the Queensland market seeking a high performing Construction Manager to lead a team of Supervisors in the Brisbane area for volume home builds.

The role requires proven results managing a team of 4+ Site Supervisors, delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards, with a focus on Greenfields and KDR spaces, OH&S and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager or Area Manager with a Project Home Builder.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong connections with Sub-Contractors in the Brisbane metro area.
• Solid understanding of OH&S requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage & be accountable for Supervisors, job numbers & progress of builds.
• Regular site visits ensuring safety and quality assurance.
• Support Supervisors and manage any issues.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Step in to manage builds where needed (cover annual leave).
• Provide accurate reporting to Building Manager on build time, OH&S, and cost reports.

My client is a well known player in the Queensland market, producing homes for all levels of home buyers for the SEQ market.They are client very focused,creating their clients dream homes, building inner-city & Greenfilelds, both KDR & new builds as well as medium density developments.

We are seeking a high performing Construction Manager to join their established team of professionals, managing Supervisors in the Brisbane area You will have proven results managing a team of minimum 4+ Site Supervisors for a volume builder, and leading a team that delivers projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.
You will manage a team of Supervisors in the Greenfields & KDR space, develop, refine and streamline building acumen together with applying strategic building methodology, mentoring and managerial influence to meet / exceed company targets moving forward.

Your experience
