Practicepeople seeks a lawyer with 2–4 years’ PAE in construction, infrastructure or disputes to advise clients on major projects and complex disputes across transport, social infrastructure, renewables and commercial sectors.

You will prepare evidence and submissions for adjudications, litigation and arbitration, and manage day-to-day dispute work, mentoring junior team members and collaborating with counsel and experts.

Formación

• 2–4 years’ PAE in construction, infrastructure or litigation.
• Strong analytical, drafting and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others, building technical expertise and developing long‑term client relationships.

• Advise clients on construction and infrastructure disputes across sectors including transport, social infrastructure, renewables, residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Prepare advice, evidence and submissions for adjudications, expert determinations, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Manage day-to-day conduct of disputes, including working with counsel, technical experts and, where appropriate, supervising junior team members.

About You

• You will ideally have 2–4 years’ PAE in construction, infrastructure or litigation, with experience in project delivery, back-end construction or complex disputes.
• You bring strong analytical, drafting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
• You are a collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others, building technical expertise and developing long‑term client relationships.
