Morgan Consulting is seeking a Construction Disputes Lawyer to join a top tier Australian law firm’s Construction & Infrastructure team. You will work closely with multiple Partners on a portfolio of high value disputes arising from major projects and developments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of post-admission experience in construction and infrastructure disputes, with a distinction in academics. Front and back end experience will be considered.

Come join a highly regarded Construction & Infrastructure team that is seeking a Construction Disputes Lawyer to join its established practice. You will work closely with multiple Partners on a diverse portfolio of sophisticated, high value disputes involving some of Australia’s most significant projects and developments.

The Partners work on but not limited to,

• Large-scale infrastructure disputes;
• Domestic and international arbitration;
• Major building and cladding disputes;
• Renewable energy and utilities projects;
• Residential and commercial apartment disputes; and
• Mining and engineering disputes.
