Buildsafe Australia Pty Ltd. is offering an immediate start for experienced construction labourers, blue-collar workers and scaffolders in SEQ. You’ll join the First Lift Program, a 12-week pathway that combines hands-on training with personal development to fast-track your progression.

This casual role provides 40–50 hours weekly across multiple residential projects. Roles include loading/unloading, installing and dismantling scaffolding, and completing basic site reports.

Qualifications

• Scaffolding or construction experience.
• Blue-collar work experience (essential).
• White Card (construction safety).
• Driver’s license + own transport (essential).
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 40–50 hours per week.
• Physically fit and able to work hands-on on residential sites.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks and secure gear.
• Install and dismantle scaffolding and safety systems.
• Work on residential building sites.
• Complete basic reports and checks.

First Lift Program (12 Weeks)

• 30-min weekly sessions in branch before you head out to site for the day
• Learn on the job + structured training
• Mix of technical skills + personal development
• Work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand supporting you

The Role

• Load/unload trucks + secure gear
• Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems
• Work on residential building sites
• Complete basic reports and checks

What You Need

• Scaffolding or construction experience
• Or experience working in a blue-collar environment (essential)
• White Card
• Driver’s licence + own transport (essential)
• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced residential construction environment

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Scaffold ticket or height safety experience
• MR licence
