Job summary

Buildsafe is seeking an experienced scaffolder to join our team in NSW. The role involves loading/unloading, interpreting plans, and installing/dismantling safety products on residential builds. A valid driver’s licence and permanent work rights are essential, with a basic scaffold licence and truck licence highly advantageous.

Expect up to 50 hours per week, with opportunities to lead crews and progress. We offer weekly pay and a bonus scheme, uniform and PPE, plus an employee support program.

• Residential construction experience
• Able to work Mon–Fri up to 50 hours per week
• Experience leading a crew (highly advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; ensure equipment and gear match lists; secure loads
• Transport, interpret building plans, install and dismantle site safety products (e.g., temporary stairs, rail, voids)
• Submit reports, maintenance records, and method statements as required

About the role

• Loading & unloading trucks, ensure all required equipment is loaded and components match the picking/gear list, ensure loads are secured
• Transporting, interpretation of building plans, installation, and dismantling of site safety products - temporary stairs, rail and voids
• Submission of reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements and other documents as required
