Job summary

Parkview Constructions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the HR function across the business. This stand-alone leadership role works closely with senior management, project teams and employees to deliver practical HR solutions in a busy construction environment.

You will manage employee relations, performance, remuneration and compliance with Australian employment laws and modern awards, while developing HR policy and supporting workforce planning across Sydney projects.

Qualifications

• Solid HR management experience, ideally in construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical HR advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers and teams.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters end-to-end.
• Oversee performance, investigations, disciplinary processes and workplace issues.
• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning across projects and head office.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit.
• Support engagement, development and retention initiatives.
• Oversee remuneration and salary review processes.
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
