Job summary

Parkview Constructions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the HR function across the business. This hands-on role, supported by an HR Administrator, offers close collaboration with senior management, project teams and employees.

You will lead employee relations, recruitment, remuneration, and policy development while ensuring compliance with Australian employment law and modern awards. The role covers projects across the Sydney Metropolitan region and provides an opportunity to

Qualifications

• Solid HR management experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards.
• Experience with employee relations and IR matters.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and project teams.
• Hands-on, practical HR approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers and teams.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters end-to-end.
• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning across projects and head office.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Support engagement, development and retention initiatives.
• Lead HR reporting, systems and continuous improvement.
