Parkview Constructions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the HR function across the business. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with senior management, project teams and employees at all levels in a fast-paced construction environment.

Reporting to senior management, you will lead recruitment, policy development, employee relations and remuneration processes while mentoring an HR Administrator.

Qualifications

• Solid HR management experience within construction or related industry.
• Qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
• Ability to manage employee and industrial relations matters independently.
• Experience with modern awards and enterprise agreements.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers, project teams and employees.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters from start to finish.
• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning across projects and head office.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and initiatives.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit.
• Support engagement, development and retention initiatives.
• Lead HR reporting, systems and continuous improvement.
