Job summary

Seymour Whyte Constructions invites applications for an organised HR Coordinator to join the National Corporate team in Brisbane. Reporting to the National HR Manager, you’ll support HR services across corporate and project teams, including employee relations, policy administration, onboarding and reporting.

You’ll work with stakeholders, contribute to wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, and help drive remuneration, learning and engagement programs while growing your HR career in a dynamic

Qualifications

• HR degree or working towards a relevant qualification.
• Experience using HR information systems and providing confidential support.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support national HR processes and wellbeing initiatives across corporate and project teams.
• Maintain HR policies and assist employees and managers with enquiries.
• Provide employee relations support, including legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
• Coordinate and facilitate corporate inductions for new employees.
• Prepare timely People, Learning & Development and Industrial Relations reports.
• Support performance, talent and succession administration and reporting.
• Assist with remuneration reviews and bonus activities.
• Support the Training Manager and broader Learning & Development function.
• Coordinate the Corporate Engagement Survey and maintain HR systems and records.
