MRAEL is seeking a trainee supervisor to oversee community-based construction projects in Scarborough, Queensland. You will mentor Certificate I trainees, ensure safe practices, and coordinate daily site activities under SQW funding requirements.

You will deliver hands-on coaching, support employability skills, and maintain thorough safety and project documentation while liaising with the RTO and project staff.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification and White Card.
• Strong WHS knowledge and hazard management.
• Experience supervising trainees or teams.

Responsabilités

• Site supervision & coordination to complete tasks safely and per project requirements.
• Mentoring & coaching trainees to develop construction and employability skills.
• Conduct safety briefings, manage hazards, and maintain safety records.
• Record trainee attendance, performance, and progress; maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with project staff, community partners, and RTO to align training outcomes.
