Job summary

Würth in Adelaide seeks a Sales Representative in the Construction division. This field-based role focuses on selling our extensive tools, fasteners and consumables to existing customers and expanding the customer base within the region, with occasional overnight travel.

Successful candidates will build strong relationships with builders and construction professionals, meet KPI targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and solutions.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; construction background is valued.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Ability to travel and visit multiple customers each day in the Adelaide region.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and construction professionals.
• Field-based role visiting 15+ customers per day in the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand customer accounts.
• Work toward hitting sales and customer service KPIs with training and support.
• Liaise with internal teams to respond to customer inquiries and provide service.
