Job summary

Rashi Joshi on the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced estimator to join a well-regarded builder/developer. You will work with the Estimating Manager to prepare take-offs, budgets, and pricing for commercial construction projects, with a focus on finishing trades and value management.

You will analyse subcontractor pricing, compile budgets for handover, and maintain project area analysis data, collaborating with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating for commercial construction projects.
• Trade qualified or qualified Quantity Surveyor considered.
• Experience with CostX highly regarded.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take-offs and budget estimates for finishing trades.
• Elemental and trade breakdown reviews.
• Collate and analyse subcontractor pricing for benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain trade budgets for handover to construction team.
• Obtain pricing from trade subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assess subcontractor pricing and value management pricing.
• Update project area analysis data and liaise with stakeholders.
