Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Construction Director to lead the Perth project's delivery, reporting to executive leadership. You will oversee planning, governance, safety, environment, and profit objectives across a large-scale program valued over $100m+

With 15+ years in construction, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams, engage high-level stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes while upholding health, safety and quality standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction leadership, with delivery of large-scale projects valued $100m+.
• Strong strategic planning and governance capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery from commencement to completion.
• Provide governance and ensure contract, HSE, environment, sustainability, procurement, quality, time and profit objectives are met.
• Manage high-level stakeholders including Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants.
