Job summary

Qualifications

• AP experience in construction or high-volume projects.
• Certificate or diploma in accounting, finance or business administration desirable.
• Experience with ERP or procure-to-pay systems and GST treatment.

Responsibilities

• Register, code and process invoices through procure-to-pay workflow
• Match purchases, receipts and invoices; investigate discrepancies
• Maintain supplier details and support vendor-master changes
• Reconcile supplier statements, credits and duplicate payments risks
• Prepare accruals, payment checks and AP month-end reconciliations
