Job summary

The Station Grocer in Alstonville is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join a small, friendly team. This casual role involves 2–3 shifts per week, with day and evening hours, and many shifts being solo at night.

You will greet customers, process payments, maintain the store and forecourt, restock shelves, and contribute to a warm shopping experience. Prior customer-facing experience and reliability for night shifts are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Confident using a till and performing till reconciliation.
• Strong communication and basic maths skills.
• Reliable team player available to work nights.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working solo.

• Handle closing procedures and till reconciliation.

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused team member to join ourAlstonvillestore.

• Casual role– approx.2–3 shifts per week
• Typical shifts:10:00am–5:00pmand5:00pm–10:00pm
• Most shifts are solo shifts, especially in the evenings
• Must be 18+to work solo after 5pm

Pay Rates (for Ages 20+):

• Weekdays: $36.85/hour

About You:
