Job summary

The Station Grocer in Lennox Head is seeking a Stock Controller / Customer Service Operator to join our team. The role focuses on keeping stock levels accurate, shelves replenished, and the store running efficiently while delivering friendly customer service.

Ideal candidates enjoy repeatable, process-driven work, have an eye for detail, and can work Monday to Friday with early and late shift options. Experience in stock control and customer service is preferred.

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and fast-workingStock Controller / Customer Service Operator to join our Lennox Head team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive, process-driven work, likes keeping things organised, and takes pride in maintaining accurate stock levels. While customer service is part of the role, the primary focus is ensuring our store is well stocked, well presented and running efficiently.

• Monday to Friday
• Shifts vary from 5am-12pm, 12pm-6pm or 1pm-6pm
• Weekday rate: $36.85 per hour (ages 20+)

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Enjoys repetitive, hands‑on work and finds satisfaction in getting the job done right
• Is reliable and available to work Monday to Friday
• Is organised and able to prioritise tasks
• Works quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Has an excellent eye for detail
• Takes pride in keeping shelves full, stock accurate and the store looking its best
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has experience in stock control (preferred)
• Has experience in a customer service role
