The Station Grocer in Ballina is hiring a Fuel and Retail Customer Service Cashier (Morning All-Rounder) for a casual, morning-focused role. You will open the store, operate the fuel console, handle EFTPOS, make barista coffees, and greet customers.

Shifts are 4:30am–10am, 5:00am–10:00am, 10:00am–3:00pm, 3–5 shifts per week including weekends. We offer strong pay rates, staff discounts, and a friendly team that values reliability and a positive attitude.

Fuel and Retail Customer Service Cashier (Morning All-Rounder)

The Station Grocer - Ballina

We're looking for a reliable, friendly all-rounder to join our Ballina team in a morning-focused role. This position suits someone who enjoys early starts, can confidently open a store, and is comfortable working across barista, customer service, and retail tasks.

This is a casual role (3-5 shifts per week), including weekends.

• 4:30am - 10am (opening shift - key focus)
• 5:00am - 10:00am (early morning barista & service support)
• 10:00am - 3:00pm (mid shift coverage)
• 3-5 shifts per week (including at least one weekend shift)

What you'll be doing

• Opening the store and completing opening procedures
• Operating the console (fuel sales, EFTPOS, transactions)
• Making barista coffees and serving morning customers

Pay (Age 20+)

Weekdays: $36.85/hr
Weekends: $48.07/hr
(Junior rates apply under 20)
