DIRECTIONS Conference & Incentive Management in Sydney is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team. Based at our Marrickville office, you will help deliver conferences, incentive programs and business events across Australia and internationally, working with an experienced team that values creativity, collaboration and attention to detail.

You will coordinate event registrations, delegate communications and program logistics, support planning and onsite delivery, and research venues,

Qualificações

• 1–2 years' experience in a similar event coordination role.
• Experience in conferences, corporate events or incentive travel preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and support wider team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate event registrations, delegate communications and program logistics.
• Support the planning and delivery of conferences, incentive travel programs and corporate events.
• Collaborate with event management and travel teams to bring programs together.
• Research destinations, venues and suppliers; contribute ideas to client proposals.
• Support onsite delivery across Australia and internationally.
