Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, part of the Accor network, is seeking an experienced events professional to lead day-to-day delivery of conferences, meetings and events at a premier resort on the Sunshine Coast. You will collaborate with Commercial, F&B and operations teams to bring events to life with strong planning, leadership and attention to detail.

Job Description

This is a fast-paced and influential role where you will lead the day-to-day delivery of conferences, meetings and events, ensuring every experience is executed seamlessly - from intimate gatherings through to large-scale events of up to 1,400 guests.

Working closely with Commercial, Food & Beverage and operational teams, you will bring events to life through strong planning, leadership and attention to detail. You will lead and inspire the Events Operations team, driving service excellence, operational efficiency and memorable experiences for every client and guest.
