Job summary

Flanco seeks experienced Underground Concreters to join our team for a new project, with FIFO rosters 2:1 and 3:1 ex Perth. Projects run 3–6 months with crews moving between sites. Salary sacrifice and travel allowance are available for flights from the east coast. East Coast flights not included.

Experience in a similar role is required; civil construction experience is highly regarded. Strong work ethic and teamwork with concreters, carpenters, steel fixers and operators are valued at Flanco.

Qualifications

• Concreting: minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction.
• Earthmoving tickets and all-rounder experience in steel fixing and formwork is advantageous.
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
• Manual C Class Driver's Licence; HR licence preferred but not essential.
• White Card.
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete works per project scope including footings and structures.
• Work on mills, crushers, conveyors, tunnels and other structures as required.
• Collaborate with carpenters, steel fixers and operators on site.

About Flanco:

Flanco is a Tasmea Company - a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with Perth and Goldfields divisions.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All-rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, carpenters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role
• Concreting: Minimum 3 years' experience - civil construction experience highly regarded
