Job summary

Flanco is seeking experienced concreters to join our team for FIFO projects ex-Perth. Projects run 3–6 months with crews moving between sites, focusing on mills, crushers, and conveyors, with a collaborative, safety-focused team environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years concreting experience, civil construction exposure, valid White Card, and ability to obtain police clearance. HR license preferred but not essential; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years concreting experience in civil construction.
• Earthmoving tickets & formwork/steel fixing advantageous.
• Clean National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform concreting tasks on civil projects including mills, crushers, footings and stockyards.
• Collaborate with carpenters, steel fixers and operators to complete works safely.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on site.

Concreter | New Projects - FIFO 2:1 & 3:1 Swings ex Perth

• 2:1 & 3:1 Rosters - flying in and out of Perth

Flanco are seeking experienced Concreters to join our team.

About Flanco:

Flanco is a Tasmea Company - a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with Perth and Goldfields divisions.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All-rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, carpenters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role
• Concreting: Minimum 3 years’ experience - civil construction experience highly regarded
• Earthmoving tickets & all-rounder experience steel fixing, formwork - advantageous
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential.
• White Card
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
