Job summary

360 Personnel is seeking experienced Manhole Pit Builders to join a leading precast concrete manufacturer in Brisbane, QLD. The role involves constructing and assembling precast concrete manholes, pits, and drainage products, with ongoing full-time work and overtime opportunities.

You'll work Monday to Friday with an immediate start. Applicants with precast concrete, construction, formwork, steel fixing, or general labouring experience and a White Card are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete, construction, formwork or steel fixing.
• Physically demanding work.
• White Card preferred.
• Reliable transport and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Building and assembling precast concrete manholes and pits.
• Reading and following production drawings and specifications.
• Installing reinforcement steel cages and components.
• Setting up and stripping moulds.
• Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete.
• Operating hand and power tools.
• Conducting quality checks on finished products.
• General labouring and housekeeping duties.
• Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the construction and assembly of precast concrete manholes, pits, and drainage products within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and assembling precast concrete manholes and pits
• Reading and following production drawings and specifications
• Installing reinforcement steel cages and components
• Setting up and stripping moulds
• Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
• Operating hand and power tools
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• General labouring and housekeeping duties
• Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures

• Previous experience in precast concrete, construction, formwork, or steel fixing
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
