Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking multiple skilled concreters, formworkers and steelfixers for full-time roles in South Brisbane & GC. Join established subcontractors delivering long-term projects.

You will pour and finish concrete, handle formwork, reinforcement and footings, with potential overtime. Tools provided; your own basic hand tools preferred. Mon-Fri with OT possibilities, safety and quality focused.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in concreting or civil works.
• Own basic hand tools and willingness to be mobile.
• Ability to use a chopper highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Pour and finish concrete to a high standard.
• Perform Formwork, Reo & Pour.
• Prep footings for retaining walls and other structures.
• Maintain safety and quality on site.

Concreters | Formworkers | Steelfixers - Full Time

Our clients are established sub-contractors who have secured multiple large contracts between across South Brisbane & GC, with works secured for many years to come. We are seeking multiple skilled concreters, who can perform all prep & finish to join the family!

The projects:

• Subdivisions - Footpaths, Driveways, Retaining Walls & more
• Council works - Footpaths, small structures, maintenance

About the role:

• Pour & finish concrete to a high standard
• Perform all aspects of Form, Reo & Pour
• Prep footings for retaining walls - trench, steel fixing & pour footings
• Enjoy various scope of contracts - council, unity water, rail & subdivisons
• Monday to Friday with a potential of OT
• Work to a high standard bringing quality, efficiency and safety

What you'll need:

• Your own basic hand tools - eveyrything else will be provided
• Strong knowledge around FRP or at a minimum concrete finishing
• Experience in retaining wall and footings prep
• ABILITY TO USE A CHOPPER - HIGHLY REGARDED!!
• Min. 2 years experience
• A background in industrial, commercial, residential or general civil works

Package & Incentives:

• $45 - $55 per hour + penalties + travel (dependent on experience)
• FULL TIME CONTRACTS!!
• Daily travel allowance paid
• Weekly pay
