Job summary

Our client on SEEK.com.au is seeking multiple skilled concreters to join the team for ongoing works between Caboolture and the Sunshine Coast. The role involves pouring and finishing concrete to a high standard and executing all aspects of form, reo, and pour.

Expect work across fooptaths and driveways for the next 3 months, with varied contracts including council, Unitywater, rail and subdivisions. Monday to Friday with potential OT; tools provided on site and travel allowances apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete finishing and formwork.
• Background in industrial, commercial, residential or civil works.
• Ability to use a chopper is highly regarded.
• Own basic hand tools provided; other equipment supplied on site.
• Minimum 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Pour and finish concrete to high standard.
• Perform all aspects of form, reo and pour.
• Support foopaths & driveways for the next 3 months.
• Work on contracts with council, unity water, rail & subdivisions.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency on site.
• Monday to Friday work with potential overtime.

Our client has secured multiple large contracts between Caboolture & the Sunshine Coast, with works secured for many years to come. We are seeking multiple skilled concreters, who can perform all prep & finish to join the family!

About the role:

• Pour & finish concrete to a high standard
• Perform all aspects of Form, Reo & Pour
• Bulk of the work for the next 3 months will be fooptaths & driveways
• Enjoy various scope of contracts - council, unity water, rail & subdivisons
• Monday to Friday with a potential of OT
• Work to a high standard bringing quality, efficiency and safety

What you'll need:

• Your own basic hand tools - eveyrything else will be provided
• Strong knowledge around FRP or at a minimum concrete finishing
• ABILITY TO USE A CHOPPER - HIGHLY REGARDED!!
• Min. 2 years experience
• A background in industrial, commercial, residential or general civil works

Package & Incentives:

• $50 - $55 per hour + penalties + travel (dependent on experience)
• Daily travel allowance paid
• Weekly pay
• Full time, straight onto the books
