Job summary

Ferrovial, a global infrastructure leader, seeks a Supervisor/Foreman to work with Webber, its construction arm. The role involves building, assembling, aligning and setting concrete forming systems from plans, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will lead a crew, check forms during placement, and coordinate form stripping and material installation across projects in Australia. Experience in heavy civil or concrete formwork, ability to read plans, and strong safety focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read basic words and recognize differences in sequences.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Experience in heavy civil or concrete formwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check forms while concrete is being placed.
• Direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• Assist with installing materials for concrete structures.
• Prepare for slipforming traffic rails and barriers.
• Operate power tools and support crew to maintain formwork integrity.
• Support safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Contribute to team goals and company objectives.
