Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Foreman / Crew Supervisor in Australia to lead heavy civil and carpentry projects onsite. You will supervise crews, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with the Project Manager to meet schedules and quality requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years of foreman experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication. This is a fulltime on-site position with the Ferrovial construction network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years' experience as Foreman / Crew Supervisor in related industry and carpentry projects.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record to drive company vehicle.
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and provide supervision to the crew.
• Maintain communications with supervisors of job status and current assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean jobsite free of tripping hazards and obstacles.
• Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process.

• Carry out all duties per Company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as requested by superintendent and/or Project Manager.
