Job summary

Complete Concrete Cutting is seeking a hands-on trainee Concrete Cutting Operator on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role offers on-the-job training, starting with supervision and progressing toward independent operation on local projects.

No prior concrete cutting experience is required; if you have 12 months of construction experience, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we will train you in specialised cutting and drilling tasks.

Construction Labourer / Trainee Concrete Cutting Operator

Full Training Provided | Full-Time Hours | Sunshine Coast

Looking for a hands-on construction role where you can learn a specialised trade and build a long-term career?

Complete Concrete Cutting is a locally owned Sunshine Coast business looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our small, supportive team.

You do not need concrete cutting experience. If you have at least 12 months’ construction experience, a good attitude and are willing to learn, we will provide the training you need.

About the Role

You will initially work alongside experienced operators, learning how to safely use specialised concrete cutting and drilling equipment. As your skills develop, you will progress toward operating independently on construction projects across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with concrete cutting, drilling and sawing
• Learning to operate specialised equipment
• Setting up and cleaning work areas
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment
• Completing required training and safety documentation
• Following company procedures and WHS requirements

This is a physical, hands-on position involving early starts and varied construction sites.

Essential Requirements
