Job summary

Complete Concrete Cutting is seeking a hands-on trainee Concrete Cutting Operator on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role offers on-the-job training, starting with supervision and progressing toward independent operation on local projects.

No prior concrete cutting experience is required; if you have 12 months of construction experience, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we will train you in specialised cutting and drilling tasks.

Qualifications

• 12 months’ construction experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual and physically fit.
• Willing to learn; no concrete cutting experience required.
• White Card and current manual driver’s licence as essential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete cutting, drilling and sawing.
• Learn to operate specialised equipment.
• Set up and clean work areas.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Complete required training and safety documentation.
• Follow WHS requirements.
