Newcastle Cut & Drill Pty Ltd – Boolaroo NSW is seeking an experienced Concrete Cutter to join our growing team. You will work across a variety of sites and projects, operating modern equipment and carrying out concrete cutting, drilling, sawing and demolition work.

You will perform activities safely, maintain equipment, and collaborate with site teams. A valid licence and White Card are required, with a strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete cutting and drilling.
• Experience operating floor saws, core drills, hand saws/ring saws and wall saws.
• A valid Driver's Licence.
• A White Card.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, positive and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete cutting, core drilling and sawing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform floor sawing, core drilling, hand sawing, ring sawing and wall sawing.
• Complete routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Work effectively with other operators, trades and site supervisors.
• Follow site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are kept clean and safe.
